Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.

-Marianne Williamson

Hi, my name is Julia. I’ve been fascinated by issues associated with gender, sexuality, culture and spirituality since I was about fourteen years old.

It wasn’t until  2016 when a series of events led me further down the spiritual path that I became much more conscious of the ways in which I have been  conditioned by society  to think, feel and  behave in a plethora of outdated ways.

I also became acutely aware of how this conditioning was playing out on a broader societal level around me, and the damage it is causing to the collective  human psyche. At the same time,  I began a deep emotional purging process where all of my subconscious wounds, fears, limiting beliefs and illusions were triggered to the surface for recognition, healing and release.

In 2016 I  began documenting these experiences through my unique photography and blog. I have a strong  background in counselling and I am a registered social worker. My passion is helping people on their own healing journey using both traditional and metaphysical modalities.

I offer coaching and counselling services both online and face to face.  Check out my site and get in touch if I can be of assistance.

I look forward to working with you.

Working with Julia was truly an enlightening experience. Julia has a way of facilitating one’s personal and developmental growth, through mindfulness and meditation. Julia has an exceptional way of encouraging individuals of telling their story, sharing their experiences and enabling them to have a great understanding of their environment. Julia has shown individuals the importance of celebrating one’s journey and creating a lifestyle of happiness while doing more with less.

Julia inspires people to embrace their fears, challenge mainstream thinking and reinforce the idea that “difference is good.” Julia embraces life like a mother embraces a new born child. It is precious and we want to make sure we give it the best chance in life.
